Rent baby gear in Chicago in just a few simple steps. Choose your items, book your dates, and we’ll deliver clean, sanitized equipment directly to your hotel, Airbnb, or home.

Delivery Scheduling Process

We offer convenient delivery and pickup throughout the Chicago area.

Delivery is scheduled for your selected date, and an estimated delivery window will be confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation message with your delivery window once your schedule is finalized.

Please ensure we have all necessary access details (building entry instructions, front desk coordination, or host contact information) at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible while maintaining reliable service for all customers.

  • How Does Delivery Work?

    We deliver your items directly to your Airbnb or hotel within a scheduled delivery window before your arrival. You’ll receive confirmation and a photo once your items are delivered.

    Do I need to be there for delivery?

    No. We can coordinate with your Airbnb host or hotel to ensure your items are ready for you when you arrive.

    Do you set up the equipment?

    We offer setup for select items when access is available. All rentals include simple instructions, and most items are designed for quick, easy use.

    How does pickup work?

    Pickup is scheduled at the end of your stay. You can simply leave the items in the agreed location, and we’ll handle the rest.

    What areas do you deliver to?

    We deliver throughout Chicago, including downtown hotels, surrounding neighborhoods, and many Airbnb properties. Customers can enter their zip code during checkout to confirm delivery availability.

    Do you deliver to the airport?

    We do not currently offer airport delivery. All items are delivered directly to your accommodation.

  • Are the items clean and sanitized?

    Yes. Every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each rental using baby-safe cleaning products.

    How do you ensure product quality?

    Each item is inspected before and after every rental. We track usage and condition to ensure all gear meets our safety and quality standards.

    What happens if something is damaged?

    Normal wear is expected, but customers are responsible for any significant damage or loss. Details are outlined in our rental agreement and Terms & Conditions.

  • How far in advanced should I book?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel months (May–September). Bookings are required at least 3 days in advanced.

    Can I book last minute?

    We may be able to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. Please contact customer service directly to inquire.
    Same-day or expedited deliveries, if available, are subject to an additional fee.

    Is there a minimum rental period?

    Yes — our rentals have a 3-day minimum, which works perfectly for weekend trips and longer stays. This helps us coordinate deliveries efficiently and ensure every family receives clean, carefully prepared gear.

    Can I rent items for a longer stay?

    Absolutely. Many families rent gear for extended stays, vacations, and visits with family. 

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a fee. Full details are provided during booking.

  • Do you offer car seats?

    At this time, we do not offer car seat rentals. Because proper installation and safety history are critical, we believe parents and caregivers should have full confidence in the car seat their child is using.

    For safety reasons, we currently focus on providing other high-quality travel essentials like cribs, strollers, high chairs, toys, and more.
